The rules that govern buying and selling on ClickTech — what we do, what merchants must do, and what we expect from you.

By accessing or using ClickTech ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and merchants who access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via the Platform or email.
What ClickTech Is
ClickTech is a marketplace for digital products — gift card codes, gaming top-ups, subscription accounts and software licences. We are not the seller. Products are listed and fulfilled by independent, verified merchants, and every order is a contract between you and that merchant.
What ClickTech provides is the infrastructure around that contract: we verify merchants before they can sell, we hold the payment until the order is settled, we give you a way to message the seller, and we step in when the two of you cannot agree. Understanding this distinction matters, because it determines who is responsible for what throughout these terms.
Eligibility & Use of Platform
To use ClickTech, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's systems or data.
- Not reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Platform itself without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access.
- One person may not maintain more than one active buyer account.
- We may verify your identity and may require additional documentation during registration or at any time thereafter.
Wallet & Payments
Orders on ClickTech are paid for from your ClickTech Wallet. You top the wallet up first, then spend from that balance at checkout.
- Top-ups are processed by our payment gateway on its own secure page, using cards, bKash, Nagad and other supported methods. Your card number, PIN and OTP are never seen or stored by ClickTech.
- Wallet balance is spending credit on this Platform. It does not expire, but it is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest.
- Refunds are credited back to your wallet, not to your original payment method — see our Refund Policy.
- Prices include VAT where applicable and may change at any time before you place an order.
- We may cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if the merchant cannot fulfil it — your money is returned to your wallet in full.
Digital Delivery
Nothing on ClickTech is physically shipped. Orders are delivered electronically — a code, a key, or a set of account credentials sent to you and shown on your order.
- You are responsible for the details you enter. Some products cannot be delivered without information only you have — a game player ID, a zone ID, or the email address an account should be sent to. If you enter these incorrectly, the product may be delivered to the wrong account and cannot be recovered. Check them before you pay.
- Delivery is usually near-instant, but a merchant may need to fulfil some orders manually. Timings shown on the Platform are estimates, not guarantees.
- Once a code has been revealed to you, it is considered delivered — it cannot be un-seen or resold, which is why refunds work the way they do.
- Region-locked products only work in the region stated on the listing. Buying the wrong region is not a defect.
Product Listings & Accuracy
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, region and duration. ClickTech does not warrant that listing content is entirely error-free.
If what you receive differs materially from the listing, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund Policy. We remove listings — and merchants — that misrepresent what they are selling.
Prohibited Conduct
The following will get an account suspended, and may be reported to the authorities:
- Paying with a stolen card, or topping up with funds that are not yours.
- Claiming a refund for a code you have already redeemed, or otherwise abusing the refund and dispute process.
- Selling stolen, fraudulently obtained, or duplicated codes and accounts.
- Buying an account or licence and then reversing it, changing its recovery details, or reclaiming it after resale.
- Posting fake reviews, or attempting to take a transaction off ClickTech to avoid our protections and fees.
- Harassing or threatening a merchant, a buyer, or our staff in chat.
Terms for Merchants
This section applies in addition to everything above if you sell on ClickTech.
- Verification. You must complete identity and bank verification (KYC) before your account is approved. Products go live only after review.
- You warrant what you sell. You confirm you have the legal right to sell every code, key or account you list, and that it is genuine, unused and as described.
- Commission. ClickTech deducts a commission from each sale. Your net earnings are shown in your merchant dashboard.
- Held balance. Earnings from an order are held until that order is settled, and are released to your available balance afterwards. Refunded orders are not paid out.
- Payouts. You may withdraw your available balance to a verified bKash, Nagad or bank account. Payout requests are reviewed by an admin before being paid.
- Refunds & disputes. You must respond to refund requests honestly and promptly. Systematically rejecting valid requests, or leaving buyers without a reply, will result in removal from the Platform and forfeiture of the disputed amount.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ClickTech Platform — including logos, UI design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of ClickTech or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ClickTech content without prior written consent. Brand names and logos of the products sold on the Platform belong to their respective owners, and their appearance on a listing does not imply any partnership with or endorsement by them.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
ClickTech acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not the seller of the products listed on it. We are not liable for a third-party platform's own decisions — for example, if a streaming service or game publisher suspends an account or invalidates a key under its own terms.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
